Delphi-TVS is a joint venture between Delphi Corporation, USA and T.V. Sundaram Iyengar & Sons, India manufacturing Diesel Fuel Injection Equipment for Cars, Sports Utility and Multi Utility Vehicles, Light Commercial Vehicles, Tractors, Single & Two Cylinder engines. They have power issues for their Research and Development plant.
Their Generator is taken for maintenance and they are in need of temporary stop gap arrangement.
